Laura Falanga, CIC, AAI, AIS, CSRM, CISR's Profile and Contact Information

Laura is the Insurance Operations Manager at Moore & Johnson Insurance.

With over 13 years of property-casualty insurance experience, Laura joined the Moore & Johnson team in 2003 and has built long lasting relationships with her clients. Her strong technical knowledge of coverages and policy forms, in addition to her enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge with others, makes her a unique and valuable resource. Laura was awarded the prestigious National Alliance Customer Service Representative of the year in 2011.

Laura received her BA from the University of Central Florida and holds five professional insurance designations:  CIC, CSRM, AAI, AIS, and CISR.

Laura is married to Christopher Falanga, her husband of twelve years and has two daughters, Amelia, and Willow. She loves her dogs, Ruby, Dozer, and Louie.  In her spare time, she also doubles as a private pilot.
