Win is the Vice-President and a Sales Executive at Moore & Johnson Insurance Agency.

With 37 years of industry experience, Win has fostered strong relationships and gained the trust of his clients. He has worked in insurance sales and agency management and is well versed in commercial and personal lines coverage.

Win received his BS from the University of Richmond in 1978 and has earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) as well as the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designations.

Win is very active within the community and has served on the Rex Hospital Foundation Board, the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary’s School, and the Arts Together Board. He has also volunteered as a Youth Coach at the YMCA, the Salvation Army, and the City of Raleigh leagues. Win has also been involved with the United Way of the Triangle, Rotary Club of Raleigh, North Carolina Market Assistance Plan, Rex Classic Committee, and the “Big I” Youth Golf Committee of the Independent Agent’s Association of North Carolina.

Win and his wife, Bess, are the proud parents of three wonderful (mostly) grown children and are members of Christ Church of Raleigh.
